Whatever you want.

The traditional New England baked beans dinner was something that would be put into the oven either late Saturday night or first thing Sunday morning to cook while the family was at church. It would be accompanied by a type of bread called Boston Brown Bread that would bake alongside the beans in the same oven.

Baked beans can also be served alongside hot dogs, or with hot dogs cut up into the casserole and heated through.

In the US south, baked beans are a frequent side dish with any bar-b-qued meat, but that mar-b-que means a slow roast and not a grilled meat.

So, what we get back to is, whatever you want.

Get some good all-beef hot dogs, grill 'em, lightly toast theb uns, put the dogs in the buns and serve the baked beans over top, but not too much, put 'em on there like you're adding condiments. Think of it as upgraded beans and weenies! Yum-O! I also like eating baked beans with ham, or just scooping them up with some sturdy tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops!, all are yummy, and pretty cheap!

BBQ Chicken, Potato Salad, Chips, Cole Slaw. Also take hamburger meat and brown in a skillet, add the baked beans and heat till hot, cover with cheese and enjoy.

We would make cheese beano's which kids & adults love.
2 slices of toast per serving
pour 3/4 can of baked beans over toast
Add as much grated cheese as you want on top of beans
Then put in microwave until cheese melts.

You can also add pepper or other spices to give it a little kick
Its quick, filling and scrumptious

Either country style spare ribs, or bbq chicken. Both go really well with beans. For other side dishes, try either twice baked potatoes, or baked potatoes. You can also do steamed carrots with this. The flavors are really good together!!! If you want salad, try a potatoe salad, or a simple green salad would work also.

I hollow out a long bread roll, mix some tabasco sauce, chopped tomato and corriander into the beans - microwave until heated through.

Put the bean mix into the crater in the bread roll, top with cheese and grill until the cheese is golden

YUMMY!
