Windows Media Player has a built in burner, as long as you have the CD/DVD Burner installed..

Typically, if you have a CD burner, you most likely have software already on your computer..... pick around your programs. Also, I believe that Windows Media Player as some basic burning software. With MP3s, you want to create a DATA disk - not a music disk.

Do you have CD-RW or DVD - Combo or DVD- RW?
Those stuff typically bundled with software for burning, and its always free. ]
I have Asus and its bundled with Nero
