about 15 just drink about 3 or 4 a day for a week. but drink alot water to with it.

well try it and if it works tell me! I tried the slim fast thing but remember you have to eat with it because how will you get energy just from drinks alone- trust me i tried it..plus at night time your going to crave all the foods you want... try it out but get some other nutrients from veggies and fruits and some protein as well- good luck

10lbs in 2 weeks is not a big deal. If its possible for you get on Atkins Diet.
