Yes, no difference. Right now I am living in china and all they drink is hot tea...and hot water. They believe that hot is better for the body, but there is not scientific basis for this. The make up of the tea is the same whether the water is hot or cold. So enjoy it either way.

Missy, ice tea is hot tea with ice in it, at least it was hot before the ice was added.
I'm sorry, that's not what you asked, is it? Ice tea has the same benefits as hot, as far as I know. The only thing is in iced tea, all the sugar don't dissolve and you're not gulping down all that sugar. I got to where I like unsweet tea better

Drink an 8 oz. glass of water mixed with apple cider vinegar. ACV has over 93 vitamins and minerals. 2 tbls. to be exact. At least 2 times per day. Look on the web, if you do not believe me.
