Try a good vitamin B supplement. I've heard that will help, but only if that's why you're greying!

You cant... I dont have a lot of grey hair but my oldest son who is 34 is solid grey. Lots of folks thinks he is my husband which is embarrasing to me. Youngest is more like me he has dark hair with just a few grey hairs. So NO there's nothing to be done with prematuring grey hair. Other than dye it.. LOL

Grey hair comes to us all in time. There's no point obsessing about it.
I started getting white hairs and decided to use an age old solution: Just For Men hair colour. It only takes 5 minutes to shampoo in and lasts up to 6 weeks...

To stop premature greying of hair, you need more b vitamins, such as B12.

You could use a time-machine or you could color your hair. I don't think that there is any way to do it otherwise. You may check at your healthfood store and see if they have any things that will help you!
