Well I looking for a software that can build me a directory, kind of like winfile in windows but one where I can use to type in longer sentences and then expand them by pressing the (+) sign etc.

Well say table of contents builder .. I guess.

It's called a .chm builder, like windows html help file. Search here, alot of freeware and shareware. Good Luck
