Wine has the most benefits and calorie content can vary depending on the variety, ie: sweet wine, red, white, etc. Red it the best for you. It usually runs about 150 calories a glass. The lowest calorie alcoholic drink is scotch and water or soda. Beer will definitely put weight on you.

I would think Spirits, wine, then beer, but read the labels to make sure! It all can vary with the companies, how the alcohol is prepared, what it is, and what's in it.
