mdgcats is correct. Your blood sugar level has dropped. If you continue to do this, you will put great stress on your pancreas and adrenal glands and over time may become hypoglycemic (develop low blood sugar)--if that has not already happened. Hypoglycemia is a hidden epidemic in the U.S. due to poor dietary habits. It often is a precursor to developing diabetes. Hypoglycemia is when the pancreas overproduces the hormone insulin. Diabetes is when the pancreas produces little or no insulin.

Do yourself a gigantic favor and EAT--especially healthy, real foods--organic when possible and consume high quality spring water. Make sure you get enough high quality protein, vegetables and 1-2 pieces of fruit on a daily basis.

Been there.

You are going through a "withdrawl" from food. It's your body's natural way of letting you know you have gone too long without eating. I get it, too, if I don't eat.
