Hi,
I use a detox program but it is not over-the-counter. Only available online. I love love love it. It does feel very good to cleanse your body from the inside. Helps with energy and focus too!
There are many products out there which is great because people are becoming more health aware.
I use Isagenix which helps your body do what it is meant to do....cleanse out the toxins!!!
Good Luck!

I'm a nurse and remember from school that anyone who is addicted to a med like that should use great caution because you have actually changed your chemical makeup. I hope you take the advise in the other answer about having someone with you, seizures are possible and so is death, your body thinks it needs that chemical. I am also addicted, just in a different way. I have taken my prescribed dose for over 2 years so I'm addicted. I have a very painful bone disease and just had my 2nd total knee replacement. I have discussed with my Dr. how to get off this med now that my knees are replaced and he said very slowly wean down, it could take months. I don't think it will be "big fun", just a must. Is it possible to get with someone, even a good friend and put together a program for yourself to wean off the med and have a support person? (not a perfect answer, but better than nothing and you seem motivated) Please be careful, don't be afraid to seek emergency help if you need it. You have your whole life ahead of you, you are here for a reason. Don't give up! From another addict

I use an all natural cleansing replenishing system but it is not available over the counter. You can only get it from a distributor (word of mouth)
I would be happy to talk with you more about the system that I use and have lost 20 lbs and gone from a size 18-10

Vitamin B 12 for your low potassium. Lots of water will help with the dehydration and you will want sweets! (Most people use straight honey) Alcohol is straight sugar once we ingest. The withdrawl from the sugar is what causes the shakes. Eat well, exercise and drink lots of water! But please be well advised that alcohol withdrawls is something you can die from. Your heart rate will increase and your blood pressure rise. If you have any doubts about doing it on your own, seek a detox program with professional help. God Bless :) I admire your desire.
