I agree with Am, he could very well be busy or he's not interested.
If it because he's too busy thats still rude of him to not at least call to say hi he could take the time if he really wanted too.

Without any form of contact back, it would probably be safe to assume that he doesn't know how to say it, but he isn't interested in what he believes you are! You wouldn't want a guy that doesn't have enough courage to say it to you!

It depends...guys really never kno when to call girls. It seems to be a natural thing. Just remind HIM to call YOU once in a while. He'll try to remember.

Also, that he is afraid you might be a stalker ? how many calls is "calls." Stop after one.

that he wishes he could call but is detained in some way or another so i will call him over and over and over till i finally receive a restraining order.....or and i'm just guessing it means he's not that into me.....hmm NAAAAAAAA that can't be it!

don't call him again. he knows you tried to contact him and will call if he wants to talk to you. if you continue calling you will just seem more desperate. Sorry.
