It Sounds Ridiculous! I've had migraines for years.. Have taken everything possible. I switched doctors recently and he took me off of the so called prevention medications I was on. I was also on blood pressure medication which he told me to stop taking as well. . Told me to take 3ea. ibuprofen 3 times a day, morning , lunch, and at night.. Within 2 weeks I could feel a difference. It has been 1.5 mths and I have only had small migraines that easily went away with a prescribed pain medication which is 1/2 the strength of what I used to take. Try It!!

I have never tried it since my migraines are incapacitating to me.
I do have a friend that has milder migraines (if there is such a thing) & she said it really helped while her medicine had a chance to work. Sorry to not be of more help but my friend has always been truthful with me & not a flake either.

"Head - On",is basically a "glue stick" with some menthol. When applied to your forehead the menthol alters the skin "pain receptors" under the skin, with a numb cooling sensation,so you're tricked into believing that it's working inside your head.I think this product will run it's course, and disappear. As one who suffered for decades with them.....I wish I had a second opinion like that! (Except I don't have testicles? Maybe it was the skin tight jeans on my ovaries. LOL)

Believe it or not, you need to drink water. Read the book: you're not sick, you're thirsty. Look up on the web about water. Dehydration is the key to all illnesses.
