I was spraying my toilet bowl and he suddenly appeared out of nowhere and I accidently sprayed him in the nose and when I panicked and grabbed him up, he was licking his nose, (like most dogs do), while I was trying to wet a towel and clean out his nose and tongue. He seems ok, but I am still worried.

The dog should be fine even though household chemicals are harmful to dogs, no more than he inhaled and licked he will be fine. This has happened to me also so it is not irresponsibility on your part it just happens, he will be fine.

Call poison control...they will tell you...if it was just bubbles, probably not if he didn't overdue it..bubbles are mostly air so he more than likely didn't get enough to do too much damage..call them...there probably is a number on the bottle.

It could cause damage to the nasal tissues and the tongue. I would call your vet (or a 24 hr clinic) and ask.
