is it muscles,stress, what? What can i do to help it?

Tingling has to do with nerves or neuropathy. A nerve is being pinched maybe. You don't say your age or general health or what work you do. But I wouldn't be lifting heavy stuff and if it gets worse see a doctor.

It is hard to tell what your problem may be for sure with so few symptoms. It could be the start of shingles, but only if you had chicken pox as a child. You would have to check with a doctor.

Please go to your doctor. If he/she shrugs you off, go to another. If he/she shrugs you off, make an appointment at a pain clinic or pain consultant clinic.
