im a high school junior and i hate hate hate the school food, plus i dont even have a lunch period because i decided i wouldnt eat anyway. so i am a three season athlete and i have started to make pasta and bring it is but that is only carbs. what is something that is easy to bring in for protein?

A hard-boiled egg. Egg albumin is the reference standard for protein quality, against which all other proteins are compared.

I really don't know what you can eat but i do know an awesome protein drink. You take the powdered milk that you add to water and triple the amount of powdered milk it says to add. and that makes awesome protein drink.

a peanut butter sandwich... filling and full of protein.. or even just bring a serving of nuts with your lunch.

Hard boiled eggs, Peanut butter(the real stuff not processed), Peanuts,Tuna.

almonds - they have good fat...or low fat cheese...or chicken breast mixed in with the pasta...
