No, hair grows about one half and inch per month. By trimming it regularly the damaged part is removed and it grows out much nicer.

Everyone's hair grows at a different rate. I found a recipe online that claimed to revitalize your scalp and promote slightly faster hair growth. You mix about 2 oz. jojoba oil, 2 oz rosemary hair oil (found in health food/organic stores), 2 oz. vitamin E oil and a few drops of peppermint oil. Start at your scalp and work into hair, put a shower cap on and then wrap a steaming hot towel around your head. Leave in about 15 minutes, then rinse with shampoo, and condition as usual. It said to do this about once a week. I did it and felt my hair was stronger and healthier.

Use:
-1/2pint of aloe vera (i dunno whether you can get packaged ones at where you are, cos in my country it can grow anywhere. All I have to do is ask my neighbor for some aloe vera leaves), 2 tbsp of honey and one egg yolk.
- Mix well then put in fridge.
- Then wash your hair, preferably with warm water, so the pores on your scalp open up.
- Apply the cold aloe vera mixture close to your scalp and lather the remains onto your hair. Bundle up your hair in a towel soaked in warm (nearly hot) water.
- Leave for 30 minutes.
- Shampoo your hair.
- Do ritual once every two weeks.
(Actually, it easier to just drink the whole remedy up. Cos, it not only nurtures your hair growth but the health of your whole body). lol!
note: warm opens up pores, cold closes. easier for the intake of the nourishment, my dear.

No. Nioxin products are the best for encouraging a healthy scalp and hair growth. Eat right, exercise also. Stay away from gel, has alot of alchohol in it which damages hair!

squeeze half a lime into a mug of water and rinse your hair with it. It helps to get rid of dandruff which can be associated with hair loss as well. Steaming your hair, applying warm olive oil prior to a shampoo also helps if hair is esp. dry. Keep your head gear (cap / hat etc.) clean. Wash it regularly as sweat contians toxins. Use a mild shampoo. You can arrest hair loss but growing more hair may be difficult esp. if you have male pattern baldness

not really, but if your hair is long just trim the ends a 1/4 inch. Hair splits as fast as it grows.
