Over time the body absorbs alot of different sources of radiation no matter how small the amounts it does affect the person. If the body continually cannot repair from daily damages of radiation from electrical appliances they can begin the cancer cycle of life.

I wouldn't think so, but cells phones, some makes when used constantly, have been shown to effect the brain.
