It was Klaus Fuchs. However, there had been rumors that even Oppenheimer himself passed atom bomb secrets to the Soviet Union, though this had not been proven.

Leaked what secrets?
It is now known that even the Japanese were looking at the nuclear stuctures for use in weaponry, but were way lacking in the technical ability due to wartime depleton of menas due to shrtage of all manner of materials.
The Russians had been working on a nuclar project even before the advent of WWIi but had no real formal structure or single group just individual scientist doing own works.
teh Germans had the technology to eventually produce a nuke and were close but remeber that it was in Norway that the heavy water plant was situated.
And what of Norways scientific commuitys contibutions?
What of the French who since Madame curries expieriments had forseen some time in future such a power? Before the war both they and Italys upperkopst scientific men and women were collaborating on mathematical and technical questions having to do with nukes.
Take a look at the ethnic makeup of the group who eventually did find the key to realeasing nuke power and go back to the natins they were assembled from.
Among the scientific and mathematical sciences at that time were many of the Jewish religon in all of the countrys mentioned and until the war scientist were having discussions without government interference.
Teh war and especially the co=lose of the war was when governemnt s realy clamoed down on scientific research as being in national defense and not just pure science.
Did the Rosenburgs realy release scientific papers and thoughts to Russians is still a topic of conjecture today.
Another topic of discussion is if so what diff did it make to the Russian nuclear program if any.
That they had associats working within the Russian research groups is known but there are still too many unanswered questions.
Was there a fear among men like J. Edgar Hoover of the Jewish interconnections and a true anti-semitic flavor to US government and its populace as well?
Darn right there was.
Some say the Rosenburgs death penalty was just a warning of the dire consequences if any scientist in US who happend to believe in old free scientific thinking to be shared by all and used for peacefull not war making did so they would face death.
It worked!
Secrets ? Well a not very well kept secret as it took the chinese only a few years after the end of WWII to complete tier own Nuclear arsenal.
In the US a child of somewhre betwen 12 and 16, I don't remember quite all the particulars but do remember of reading about it then, in 1956 was accused and proven to be able to design and build a nuclear device that would work if fissible material could be found.
