how many calories do you save? like how many calories would it be to chew and spit out something without swallowing it?

It is like taking juice in stead of the whole fruit.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Further eat only when hungry. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

I'm concerned you may be curious about something you really shouldn't be getting into. Eating disorders are VERY serious. Visit a site I believe is called Anorexic Web. It is not a pro ana site. It is informative and may help save you from a lifetime of complications. Good luck to you.

Pretty much all of it... but you might wanna think about getting help. My sister started that years ago and then ended up almost dead from anorexia
