ok first of all today is my 30th birthday, I really don't expect anything from anyone but when you have been living with someone for 6 years and on you birthday he dosen't say anything, Not once today did he say happy birthday, yes he knew it was my b-day so there is no excuse he could use for that. How should I feel or what should I say or do? personaly I'm hurt but I don't know what to do. Please someone help.

It's understandable to be hurt...especially since you know it didn't just slip his mind. Try not to react much...but when HIS birthday comes...YOU DO NOTHING...don't say happy birthday, no card, no cake, no gift...NOTHING! Sometimes people need reality to kick them in the butt before they realize how much it hurts. I'm sorry he spoiled your day...but for what it's worth....'HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!"
