i wanted to ask a girl out for valentine but i wanna do it in a way such that she cant refuse.....ne ideas.....

for V-DAY I suggest giveing her roses like i did give her 10 red roses nine real roses and one fake then tell her you will love her untill the last rose wilts.

You should not ask her on the day of Valentine but ahead of that day to prepare for the date. It would absolutely be a mistake to ask her out that day. I would say ask her out on 13th Feb (a day before), if the outcome suits you, then plan your date ahead. Make sure you don't take her to Movie or a place very crowded. Take her to very quiet restaurant (if you can afford) and off you go.
As for asking her out, well every girl has her own way that's why guys purpose girls differently. So just ask her out face-to-face not some kinda SMS or calling her on the phone.

she can always refuse and if she does, talk about making a fool of yourself. go up to her with a boquet of flowers and chocolats, and bow on one knee (not proposal knee) when asking. normally the girl is too shocked/surprised/feeling great to turn you down.

but some roses and tie a card to with a really corny poem on them then put your name on the back with a happy face next to it

nobody can garuntee that she wont refuse, so, just to make it a good asking out, u give her flower and ask her out. and be confident , show urself to her that u are really thoughtfull about it.

in a way she cant resist? bring your acoustic guitar and play her something by dashboard confessioanls ("hands down", or maybe "dont wait") or "your beautiful" by james blunt. ;) that will make her heart melt, then she wouldnt be able to resist.

you can always ask her in a public area. like, a basketball game. she cant say no to you in front of everyone.
