What I want is a really good company where the prices are fair and affordable and you can download it off of the net and if you do know a place where it's just cheap all together..that would be great..But It has to be ligitimate and not a scam..I don't just want to lose my money so if anybody has any suggestions..Please help.

Yes, but not necessarily by legal means. I'd hate to post an illegal site on here, so you can probably try searching google for the aforementioned software.

Money is always a problem, but I've got a fix for you, at least as far as a Photoshop clone is concerned. How does "FREE" sound to you? There's an open source program called "Paint.net" which doesn't cost a penny, and is available to read about and download at the below link. Have fun, and good luck.

www.newegg.com has pretty good prices, relatively speaking, but I doubt you can download your software purchases from there.
If you're going to purchase something as high-end as Adobe, you'll probably only be able to downoad it from the Adobe site at their price. That's if they allow downloads full software suites.
Educational pricing on that software is fantastic, but you need a connection (know a teacher who'll provide the credentials on your behalf?).
There are also what's called "warez" sites where you can download pirated software, but it's illegal and a HUGE hassle.
