Yes. Milk does a body bad, in many ways. In addition to cholesterol, fat, the environmental impact, and animal welfare issues, the hormones injected in the cows probably increase your chances of getting certain types of cancer. Hey, even Starbucks in banning it for health reasons! You know it must be bad.
* As reported in a May 9 article in The Lancet, women with a relatively small increase in blood levels of the naturally occurring growth hormone Insulin-like Growth Factor I (IGF-1) are up to seven times more likely to develop premenopausal breast cancer than women with lower levels.
* On January 23, 1998 researchers at the Harvard Medical School released a major study providing conclusive evidence that IGF-1 is a potent risk factor for prostate cancer.
*IGF-1 is not destroyed by pasteurization or digestion and is readily absorbed across the intestinal wall.
* Many countries (including Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, and the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario) have banned commercial use of synthetic bovine growth hormones.

Cancer stems from all foods you buy in the grocery store that are not organic. The food is filled with chemicals and preservatives and things by law the manufacturers don't even have to list... everything you eat combines all these chemicals together, that's how people get cancer. From the combination of things.
Some of the things you buy in the store are grown with hormones and you don't even know you are eating it. Basically if you can't read and pronounce what the ingredients are don't eat it!

It could DEFINITELY be a stressor. I have more relevant information outside the scope of this question. Click on my icon and email me if you are really interested, and I'll send you the complete answer. You'll be glad you did. Somebody here keeps getting it unjustly taken off as 'spam and advertisement' because the same information applies to everyone with cancer. And no, I'm not selling anything. Best of luck.
