A Chiropractor will do ex-rays & be able to tell you if it is an alignment problem from the way you sleep, pillow, grinding teeth or just degenerative disk diease. If it is not anything they can treat they will send you to a doctor or a specialist. Get a good reccommendation for Chiropactor. My Dr. John is worth 10 times his cost. I found him last year -where has he been for the last 20 yrs of my life of soreness?

You should see a chiropractor and try sleeping on a cervical pillow.
