About Window XP Service Pack 2?
Since I installed Window XP Service Pack 2 from microsoft.com, it seems to slow down my DSL internet connection & sometimes freezed. I don't think it was virus or spyware problems because I scanned my computer and no viruses or spywares were found. Or perhaps there were, but my internet sercurity software couldn't detect(by the way, my internet sercurity software was up to date).
Does anyone know exactly what cause the slow-down internet speed?
Should I uninstall service pack 2 & reinstall service pack 1?

...Try restarting,then push F8 during restart,that will start your computer without any programs you may have added that may slow it down,If it starts much faster then usual,you can then ,one at a time,disable other programs that may be slowing you down,till you discover which one,or ones are causing the problem.,start with the most recently installed programs,and work your way back.,good luck.

Maybe there is somethin' wrong with yer installation. SP2 should not mess up your XP. An error may have occurred somewhere.

sp2 is slower cause its has added security features but if your net is still slow contact your ip.
