I m 24 yr. old girl.my height is 5'2'' and weight is only 40kg. plz suggest me few ideas.

My wife who is now 38 yrs old is just a petite girl she has been all her life when I met her 14 years ago she was 5'0 tall and 90 lbs she can eat anything and not gain weight , about six months ago she wanted to start exercising with me lift weights and things , so I had an idea after every workout session I would have her drink a high quality protein drink and also a few times a day you drink the amount of grams as your bodyweight and spread it out to around 3-4 servings a day , well after she started doing this she started getting really nice and toned up and gained 11 pounds , she is really happy , she gained the 11 pounds in about 4 months , now she is 101lbs, I don't know if this would work for everyone , but keep this in mind its better to drink a good quality protein rather than just eating a bunch of crap ,

In my opinion good health is more important than being fat or thin. I suggest you to drink atleast three glasses of milk daily. Eat food at regular intervals and drink atleast six glasses of water daily. Most of all remember that it is very easy to add extra weight to a person's body but it is a real pain to reduce extra weight in a person's body. Also eating bananas is one sure way of increasing weight. I suggest you to do Yoga and walking.

Well, other than eating a lot lol, they have protein drinks that make you gain weight. My grandmother has to take them because she only weighs 84 pounds because she is sick. These really help her gain weight though.

plan your diet and take healthy food rather than more oily or spicey food and in time, u must choose foods which are rich in protein and do some exercises and the most important is mentally fitness so be positive in your mind....

make eating as a hobby.get up early in the morning and eat lots.u'll surely gain weight but ne'er grow fat.

hi friend,i will tell you one nice way to improve your weight.DAILY MORNING IN EMPTY STOMACH YOU DRINK ONE GLASS OF MILK ADDED WITH TWO TEASPOONS OF HONEY.ok.all the best.

eat greaser foods, work out alittle more it will tone your muscles and make you look fuller
