i think intro pages are a bad idea. most of time if you go to a site and there's an intro page you have no idea what the website is about and so you just leave with out going in.
i also think your table cells or just the content all together are too clutter and close. give it a little breathing room with cell padding.
lastly, you should have a stronger idea of what you want your site to be about. even if you don't really know make it seem like you do otherwise it just feels like it's a pointless or empty.

It is much too "noisy" if you see what I mean. There is too much on one single page! I voted on the site.
