In some countries it is the reverse of the USA. Where did it start and why?

I hate pink...... I have a daughter, and all the clothes that she has that people have given me are pink....
I really really hate pink....

Some things are just unknown. This is just a tradition followed by many people who have babies.

I don't know, it is an interseting question. I think that little girls wear more blue than little boys wear pink...I think it is pretty cute, though.
