I feel better when I do a shorter more intense one, but which is actually better for me?

It really depends on what your goals are and what the exercises are. Actually, I'd say a mix of each throughout the week would be optimal, especially with cardio. If doing weights, usually more intense is most effective for general tone and bodybuilding.

If you work out heavier and short it builds mass
and
if you work out longer and smaller it builds strength
That is what people told me
