not at full speed, but if its is hovering or somthing it can back up. like a car.

Yes all helicopters can move backwards, forward, and sideways.
I remember hearing that the Comanche helicopter, the program was cancelled, could fly sideways at 70 mph and around 40 mph backwards.

Yes, a helicopter can fly backwards. They just tip the rotor (the section the blades are attached to) toward the rear of the helicopter. Then they usually let the rotor on the back blades (those smaller blades on the rear end of the helicopter) swing the fuselage around so they then become flying forwards.

A helicoptor can move in any direction. With the right trained pilot in 2 directions at rhe same time.RE;facing forward and moving sidewards at the same time.The only thing a chopper can not do at least for more than 8 seconds in fly up side down.

Yes, it's the rotor blades direction which governs.
Personally I would have asked the following but I can't be a$$ed.
"How long can a helicopter go upside down for?"
I'm saying, as long as it takes to make a loop the loop but if there are any choppers that defy this then say so x
