When i was in grade 8 i never had acne nothing. Then when i wait to grade 9 i had longer hair that was 1 or 2 inch away from my eyes. So still at the bigging of grade 9 i still did not have acne but then maybe 2 months or i don't i started to get some could this be because of my hair. Is maybe my pores suffocating because my hair is over my forehead. What should i do to stop the acne problem and still have my long hair.

Hmmm... I haven't ever heard of long hair "suffocating" pores and causing acne. But, if the acne is only in the forehead area where your long hair is, then I wouldn't rule out the possibility that the hair resting against your forehead may in fact contribute to extra oily skin in this area (especially if you have the "oily" type hair).

But, then again, considering your stage of life, it sounds like you're at about the right age that it could just be your hormones kicking in which is a very common factor in acne.

I would try going to your local drug store, dept. store, superstore, (they should all carry this) and look for a bottle of "acne wash". It's a type of facial cleanser containing salicylic acid which has been used to fight acne for a long time and is generally considered safe when used as directed.

Your hair and your age combined are likely whats causing it. Make sure your hair is clean, if you can style it away from your face that would healp alot, but then again, if you are already putting product in your hair, that could be causing it.Wash your hands a lot, and keep them away from your face. try to keep your face clean, even if you just wipe with a damp paper towel at school to get any excess water off. Never scrub at acne, you will make it worse.
