I want windows vista badly (I don't want it to be messed up, but I don't wanna wait a long time to buy it), but since its probably gonna have some bugs and glitches, how long will it take microsoft to fully complete it? And should I still buy a windows vista capable PC even if I'm gonna wait for vista to be fixed? Also, should I buy the DVD itself to install, or buy a preinstalled one when it comes out (even thought it'll take a long time...)

The next Vista update is already under construction. The folks at Microsoft are already working on the first real update to the new OS, so expect the first major patch before the Summer.

A rule of thumb contained in the IT international is to watch for the provider p.c.. a million launch. This has traditionally been 8 to three hundred and sixty 5 days after the OS comes out, regardless of the reality that you not in any respect understand. i'm sorting out vista immediately for my place of work and at the same time as it appears that evidently cool - it nonetheless has flaws. once you're operating ninety 8 regardless of the reality that my chum, you'd be in better effective structure with Vista by using the indisputable fact that is now than preserving ninety 8. purely being on the internet you're in chance of being exploited. in case you do wait, verify you've a firewall between you and the internet. in case you do not, you'll likely be superb -- Microsoft makes their patches and restore packs accessible for loose. also, FYI - that is continuously a stunning good idea to save a backup of your information, no count number what operating gadget you run. My suggestion to you is to flow for the improve now. The middle 2 processors purely got here out so as that isn't change for the foreseeable destiny and all vista patches will be loose. it really is except you're open to getting a mac, it truly is cool too.

I got Vista, so far its works great. Got AMD Athlon X2 5200+ 2 GB RAM with cheap *** nVidia card and it all seems to work just fine for me. You might as well get it now seeing as how eventually everyone will have a Vista PC except the peeps who don't upgrade from XP or even the ones that didn't upgrade from Win 98.

Vista Transformation Pack will give to your Windows XP system the new and cool look of Microsoft's future operating system: Windows Vista. The pack changes most of the system icons, skins and toolbars and also adds new enhancements to your desktop such as a dock bar or a different system tray clock

If you can't wait, get a MAC! It's already working nicely and Vista looks quite similar to the Mac OS. Go figure.

Windows Vista will never be "completed" even though it is out now.
Windows Vista is out now, and is overly priced for what is offers.

Before you buy VISTA read the articles at:

Linux operating systems are excellent. Try out one of the free distributions. My favorite is UBUNTU. You can download it, or order a CD, at
http://www.ubuntu.com .
You will also get all the software, that you will ever need, FREE - See

Vista will never be "fixed". It will be patch after patch after patch............ Until the next one is released. No reason to wait.
