It will take a while to get you cycle back. And if you are breastfeeding it may not come back until you stop.

However if you are concerned take a test. But you are right that withdrawal is 80-96% effecitve:

Your most fertile right after having a baby. So theres a very good chance you are pregnant again. Just wait a little and see if you get your next period and then take a test, or if you already have missed more than 1 Id take a test now.

It takes a while for your cycle to regulate once you've had a baby, so it's quite possible that you're not at all pregnant. I strongly recommend NOT using the pull out method if you don't want children anytime soon (a 9 week old baby and pregnant again doesn't sound fun to me). I also recommend using the "check spelling" feature Yahoo has offered.

Baby number three is a result of the pull out method. It does not work. Also You may have had a hard time getting pregnant the first time but if you are not careful you will get pregnant. It is a lot easier because you are very fertile after you have your first.

I would take a pregnancy test to be sure. Your cycle may take awhile to adjust. or, you could be pregnant since the withdrawal method is very unreliable. Alot of people get pregnant shortly after they had a baby because they think they can't get pregnant while they are breastfeeding. Good luck!

Having sex after only 4 weeks? WOW!!! Girl, you need time to heal down there. That is probably why you started bleeding and then stopped. You need to give your body time to heal itself. It is very common for women to get pregnant again right after they just had a baby. It is very hard on a women's body to go through two pregnancies back to back. I have two personal friends that have kids that are 10 months apart. It is very hard for them having them that close. Besides having to go through two pregnancies one right after the other, they now have to deal with two children under the age of one. I see what it does to them and it's kind of sad. They have no energy, their houses are always a mess, there are diapers everywhere, and they never really got the chance to enjoy their first born. You may want to consider protection until your body is back to itself, which could take up to a year. Good luck and congratulations!!!

You are extremely fertile after having a baby. Your hormones are getting back to normal which can cause ovulation. Condoms are relatively cheap and judging by your grasp of the English language, do us all a favor and use them!!!

Why don't you get on regular birth control? My daughter-in-law had kids 10 months a part. Birth control! I love my grandchildren, but 10 months a part! It's like having twins. It's hard. Get on birth control. I can't say it enough.
