I hope this is only a hypothetical question and you aren't considering doing it.

Do not give your dog sips of any alcoholic beverage. Ingestion can lead to injury, disorientation, sickness, urination problems or even coma or death from alcohol poisoning.

In other words, if you're lucky, your dog will get drunk, and if you're not lucky, you could end up with a very sick or even dead dog. That being said, it's cruel thing to do.

Dogs, like humans, do get drunk. While that might be pretty funny to think about, bear in mind that too much alcohol can actually kill a human being (alcohol poisoning) and it can also kill your dog. It takes a lot less alcohol to kill a dog than it does to kill a person.

Also, not too long ago, there was a case in which a woman was arrested for getting her dog drunk. It is considered cruelty to animals and is punishable by a large fine and/or jail term.

Believe it or not, my father's friend has a chow that not only loved beer, but had a preference-Busch! His owner enjoyed proving it-the dog would turn it's nose up at Budweiser, Miller, etc-if it wasn't Busch, he wouldn't touch a drop. Of course, I don't recall him giving the dog large amounts-just a taste or two. Answering your question, I suppose it depends on whether the taste appealed to your dog.

Dogs don't process alcohol in the same way that humans do.

Alcohol is very poisonous to dogs.

That depends on whether you or your dog will be the one drinking it. Either way, I don't recommend it.

For someone who uses the name "nostupitquestions" you should no the answer. Your dog, if he drank it, would become drunk, and very sick. Don't do it. Animals are not here to amuse your sick mind.
