The only way I can answer is that I believe that Lebanese and Israelis are both more innocent than the Palestinians. You need to research your own report, but I will try to give you a nutshell account. When the state of Israel was established after WWII, it's Arab neighbors told the Arabic population living within the new state of Israel , that the Arab countries would drive the Jews away and the Palestinians should remove themselves from the war zone.
Many Palestinians moved to Lebanon.

The Israelis have driven off their attackers a number of times over the decades. After the war in 1973, it seems that the displaced Palestinians became militarized, especially in Lebanon. By the late 1970's, Lebanon had fallen into a civil war. That war lasted until the 1990's. It seems like Lebanon may be close to civil war again. Syria and Iran also have infiltrated Lebanon to attack Israel, which retaliates against Lebanon.

Remember that Lebanon is a very old place, where the Phoenicians were. You should read the recent histories of Lebanon & Israel in Wikipedia to have a starting point for your report.

Also note that the establishment of the Jewish state was in response to the Nazi death camps.
It's ironic given that many top Nazi SS men ran to Syria to become the government "security" forces, etc.

its lebanese...u came to the right place. im leb american and i can tell u...israel is now what was palestine b4...after ww2 the jews had nowhere to go so they ended up in what is now israel...thus the conflict there. lebanon is a peaceful country, more westernized than any in the middle east. it has a govt backed by the u.s. and thats the muslim sunnis...the hezbollah group is backed by syria and iran. althou hezbollah was a militia in the 1982 civil war, it has protected lebanon from israeli aggression...still lots of lives were lost, but they gave israel a reason to leave the country alone. then came rafik harriri, a wealthy man w/ strong ties to saudi arabia, france and the u.s. and he vowed to rebuild the country. he was doing just that till syria decided they wanted him gone. they didnt want the u.s. to have a strong ally in the leb govt and arranged to get him killed. this couldnt have been achieved w/o hezbollahs involvement/knowledge b/c they know everything that goes on in the country. now the leb ppl face a civil war, w/ sunnis wanting syria and iran involvement out, and the shiites wanting them to stay , while the christians are divided. so no, leb ppl are not guilty. hezbollah had every right to protect what was lebanons. hope that helps.

Absolutely not. Lebanese citizens voted Hezbollah into their government. They could care less if Hezbollah is lobbing bombs at Israelis.

They're about as innocent as the French and the UN who are watching Hezbollah rearm.

You need to be more precise. I feel sorry for Israel, Lebanon as well as Iran, and the terrorist network Hamas want it(Israel) to disappear from the map. But my friend, ask yourself this question: why?, in my opinion every state, country, colors and people have the right to exist, including Israel, so be it. Iran consider yourself warned: the "Allies" will come to get you, if you insist in meddling in somebody else's business.

Not the Hezbollah's, they funded by the Iranians Muslims extremists and Syria, both are bent in the destruction of Israel.

For years the Israels have given to promote peace but to no avail.

Mostly the citizens are innocent. It is the governments and the fanatics that are evil and both are very evil. Without governments there would be small fights here and there but the massive killings would not happen. Most people of all nationalities want to live their lives in peace.

lebanon yes. hezbollah and israel have repeatedly violated the border since 2000. neither are innocent. the bad part is the war cost the ME a democracy that was headed in a positive direction. it has also created problems for israel and created benefits for hezbollah.

All Israelis have been, are in, or will be in the Israeli military. Lebanon has no military to speak of. Israelis' have control of what their government does, Lebanese people have no say. So I would say Israelis are more responsible for killing of innocents than the Lebanese.
