Just having vitamins does not make something healthy. Some vitamins and minerals compete with each other for absorption, so if you overdo it on one you may develop a deficiency with another. And some vitamins are poisonous in excess. But anyway . . . I suppose that drink would not be too harmful for anyone. Just don't overdo it. Good night!

As a teenager you are growing and can use a bunch of vitamins. I remember working out more when I was a teenager to gain muscle to impress the females. You would think Muscle Milk is called that for getting teenage consumers.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Muscle Milk all it is a Protein Supplement , best used when working out to gain strength and Muscle Mass , remember your muscles need protein to grow and stay strong , but do a little research their are a lot of better Protein drinks out their besides Muscle Milk , but it is ok just make sure that you are exercising because if you don't the extra protein you are consuming will just be extra calories that will turn to fat , so drink up and workout !

if you've stopped growing its OK but if not then stay away from it all - although the drink alone will do very little.

i expect the drink is just protein, vitamins and some other stuff, make sure to do some but not alot of aerobic excersise tho.

working out when you've not stopped growing will cause a disease (which i cant recall the name of) - but the muscles new strength stops the bones from growing propperly and causes deformaties, weak bones and that is completely irriversable.

Just ask your doctor - call him/her on the phone and tell him/her what product(s) you're interested in. S/he will tell you the pros and cons.
