Hi Lu

Hydration for Resplendent Skin

Nicholas V. Perricone MD - "We must drink eight to 10 glasses of pure water a day. Diet sodas and coffee don’t count, though I’m allowing tea (green or black) as part of the 8 to 10 daily glasses. When we decrease inflammation in the body, the brain works better, mood is elevated, skin becomes more radiant, dark circles and puffiness under the eyes resolve, skin becomes more toned, and even fine lines can diminish. We must remember that the skin is a reflection of our internal health. Therefore, if our skin improves, all other vital organs also improve. This decreases our risk of every disease from which we suffer." Nicholas V. Perricone MD, is the author of “The Wrinkle Cure.”

Batmanghelidji MD - "Drinking water enables the skin to better shed toxins and thus keeps it cleaner. When the skin is dehydrated it cannot shed toxins from the body and skin rashes or breakouts can occur. Use 1/4 tsp. of sea salt for every quart of water you drink. Use a good sea salt, one with at least 80 minerals, liberally with food. As long as you drink the water, you can use the salt. Some put it in their water, some lick it off their hand, some season their foods after cooking. It's up to you. Make sure you take potassium daily (banana, orange juice, etc) "

Dark Circle Eliminator

Slice one small piece off of a potato, and cut the slice in half. Put each slice under your eyes and leave them under your eyes for 20 minutes.

Stress can cause circles, bags under the eyes, skin disruptions, wrinkles around the eyes and premature aging.

To soothe your tired eyes place cucumber slices on eye lids while relaxing in a hot bath for ten minutes.

For dark circles or bags under your eyes you can place slightly warm tea bags over your eyes, leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Best of health to you

Oh my, you need to rest and sleep to say goodbye to the dark circles! stay away from sleeping pills I hear those are just horrible! =/ if you still sleep 8 hours than your sleeping is not bad but the sleeping time is! I was going through the same thing and stayed up a whole day and didn't go to sleep til the next day at night. Also wake up early and that will make you want to go to sleep early that night. I hear lavender (soaps and lotions and candles) are a good smell and make you sleepy. You know what else was keeping me up all night?! The computer!!!!!!!!!! Turn off all the electronics and read a BOOK!!! It will get you sleepy!! :) goodluck with this and stay away from the pills I hear it makes things worse when you stop taking the pills =/

Are you lactose-intolerant? In other words, if you eat anything with milk products, do you then get cramps, gas, then an explosive stool and diahrea? Within two hours?
Just found out myself, and one of the syptoms are - Those black shadows under the eyes, as well as rashes, and other things. Comes from malnutrition, 'cause your intestines aren't absorbing properly.
Hopes this steers you in the right direction.
