I know this feeling and it is what I think but I don't understand it. People who are depressed and anxiety, (I am like that) don't want to get better at all. This is how I feel, but I don't understand why.

Thats a symptom of depression- feeling like there is no hope and no reason to do anything, including getting better. Ask your doctor about it, its fairly common and you should be able to get an antidepressant.

I get like that a lot. It can be from a lot of reasons, the foods you eat can make you depressed believe it or not, not getting enough exercise, and unbalanced hormones. You just got to keep yourself occupied and try to be healthy. Sometimes doing relaxing yoga can really help or even meditating. I don't agree with anti-depressants. I know some people on it, they are still depressed! Sometimes anti-depressants can give you feelings of suicide. Try talking to someone. Let your feelings out. Pamper yourself, take a nice warm bath with bubbles.

First before everyone online and or around you try to shove a prescription drug down your throat or doctors turn you into a drug monkey for months in a row just to find you the RIGHT antidepressant drug that MIGHT work. Go to your local herb store, I'm not sure of the cost in your area, but here, there is this herb called "Mood Swings" and they cost around 12.00 a bottle.

Do not.. repeat, do not go and become the next "trial by error" drug case for the doctors and their over stuffed as it is wallets that can cause you more harm in the future.

Good Luck ....

You answered your own question. Your depression makes you feel like you'll never get well and don't care if you do get well.

I hope you're getting help. A short term anti-depressant can do wonders to get you back on track.

See your doctor soon!

Good luck!
