What could it mean when you haven't seen your ex-boyfriend in ONE YEAR and he calls you to go see a movie with him? My ex did that to me, I went, then he drove me home after the movie. I asked him why he wanted to see me after all this time & he said "just to see u, I wanna see u every once in awhile". What does it mean? HE was the one who dumped me a year ago & we didn't date that long. We also never had sex cuz I'm saving myself. Will he ask me to hangout again? He hasn't contacted me that much after out meetup so why not? He's 26, I'm 21. What is he up to?

Welcome to the real world...lol Men do this all the time. Sometimes a man gets into a mode of reflecting, he's wondering what your doing...he will ask himself a bunch of 'what if's'...he will try to get you to hook up with him to see if you can answer any of those 'what if's' he asked himself...such as: does she still like me, would she give it up to me, is she still sexy...in your case did you give your virginity to anyone?..
My question to you is...why did you go out with him?

Deep down men like to think that they are invincible---that they are so strong that they can move from love quickly and not shed a tear or feel anything.....the fact is that men are human, and just like women, they have feelings and emotions.
Once in time you and your ex had a moment together that you shared, even if it was short-lived you had a connection, you shared things, and felt things. You can never discredit that, it will always exist that you cared for eachother.
Perhaps your ex came to his senses and realized that he truly cares about you as a person, and just wants to check in with you once in a while to see if you are okay, build a friendship, and continue that connectiont hat you once had.
Did it mean something? Of course it did. Did it mean he wants to get back together, probably not. He wants to share that thread you have still connected, if you feel you can have a healthy friendship then do so, but if you feel it is too hard for you to see him, communicate your feelings, let him know you are confused and that it hurts he wants you in his life after all this time apart.

If he is an idiot, then he may have tried other options and failed at them, so he's slowly crawling back to you. If this was the case I would tell him to f*ck off lol.
If he is nice, then maybe he misses you and resents breaking up with you, and wants to see you.
If he is spontaneous, then perhaps he just wondered how you were doing these days and called you at the moment. Maybe there is nothing "deep" behind this after all.

I'm sure his intentions are pure. Yeah he wanted out on the relationship but it doesn't mean that you 2 can't be just friends.
It's normal for friends to get together once in a while.

If he is a good man, then it can be just friendly visit.
To think of him badly,
He is not attached and just to check on you to see if you are still available as a back up plan. He was testing the water.
I will say keep a distance from him.

you know, dont worry about him go out have fun put him in the back of ur head, and when he calls accept the things he says, but at mean time live ur life, go out ur only 21 for a year, but dont fall for him play a lil hard to get
