After 40 days of using winRAR, you can still use it but everytime you open it it displays a message that says " Please note that winRAR is not free software. After a 40 days trial period you must either buy a license or remove it from your computer."

That doesn't make any sense, because I can still click ok and then continue using the program.

I'm really confused, could someone please expain? I mean shouldn't block it self after the trail period why is it still working?

I've been using it for a long time. I've completed the trial period already, and it's still functioning. The only difference is that it displays the message, but I can click ok and continue using it.

ha ha good that is very good question. U know what friend that is something which people don't know what error are for what. and the difference between evaluation copy and registered is that if you register the copy then there some function which get enable and which help you compress the file even in more smaller size which is not done in evaluation one.

I'm not familiar with winrar, but, usually, when you have a trial edition of software the software will stop functioning after the trial period. they usually have an internal clock which either counts days or the number of times the software is opened (I've seen both) you do not need to remove the software, it just will not open-so it's sorta worthless.
