first of all thank goodness "Pie" doesn't live in my neighborhood. Anyway, a little yoga is a great way to get your circulatory system up and running. After a quick shower, a healthy breakfast (hot oatmeal - not instant, the steel cut stuff!) and a cup of joe really get me going.

1. Warm shower warms up the muscles
2. Heavy metal music, especially power metal gets me gung ho and ready to kick *** even if I think it's gonna be a bad day.
3.Awesome breakfast consisting of instant breakfast and whey protein (because I have no time in the morning)
4. Weight training (I have the class first thing in the morning) raises my body temperature, increases my alertness, and the endorphins are an excellent mood boost early in the day.

Any kind of juice , no coffee. Some situps , a nice shower and a great outfit. if you feel good about yourself, you will have a positive attitude towards your day.
