I'm like that too. I've had my blood sugar tested and everything turned out normal, i think it just you have a faster metabolism so the food you eat goes through the body faster. Have your doc check your blood sugar just to be safe though. oh, and i'm not fat or super skinny either. I categorize myself slightly better than average, lol.

It definitely sounds like you are hypoglycemic and your blood sugar gets low when you don't eat regularly enough. The same thing happens to me, I get light-headed, a headache, and even nauseous. I've never seen a doctor about it, since it's obvious what the problem is. Your body is just telling you it needs more fuel. I try to keep a granola bar, a piece of fruit or something to snack on between meals.

You might consider having a blood test to check your sugar. Sounds like something is"bottoming" out on you. This is not typical, but I am not saying you are abnormal either. I also get headaches when I don't eat. It's always been that way for me, so I have never really questioned it. It's the shakiness that concerns me for you. I really don't think it is a BIG deal, but something worth looking into. Good luck!

Check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org. This sounds like your blood sugar gets too low if you don't have in between meal snacks. If the food is balanced to keep blood sugar under control, it will not make you fat, if you eat more often - cause you will eat smaller portions.

Your blood sugar is getting too low.
It's really better for you NOT to go without food for long periods of time. Everybody's metabolism and system is different, just listen to your body and do what works for you.
If your case is extreme and you're experiencing excessive dizziness, shakiness you may want to see a doc. get a glucose tolerance test see if you have any hypo/hyper glycemic or diabetes tendancies.
Good luck.

This is possibly due to your diet. Your body's blood sugar goes high after eating the junk food then plummets very quickly and leaves you feeling like you are. A good nutritious meal is worth the weight. Your body will thank you.

You could be a diabetic, maybe or it sounds like you may have a high metabolism. Also, just to be on the safe side you should go to the doctors and get it checked out.

I would ask a doctor about this. It may be something as simple as you not eating enough fat and fatty acids in the diet.
