alexis is turning 12 yrs old either 2-14 or 2-15, her brother name is alex.,his age 8yrs.father micael antoon, mothers name sharon antoon. Father may have told children mother died. Father approx. age 58-61...Help??? There faith is catholic.

Unfortunately, I am aware of loopholes in Texas law that (I think) allows parental abduction, that would be considered a felony in other states. Everything depends on whether or not this happened BEFORE any divorce petition had been filed. Of course... any parent wanting to run with a child, who knows this, is going to be sure and leave fast.
If there WAS already a divorce petition filed, then that is a different story.
This doesn't help find the kids, if dad is bound and determined to stay hidden. And in all fairness, I don't know anything about mom.
If ALL states had standardized laws concerning family abductions, that would be a step in the right direction.
