subs are 800 watts peak each I need a amp to run these but I am on a Budget

Peak is a useless form of measurement as an amplifier rarely ever reaches peak.

Find the watts RMS of each sub and assuming the subs are 4 ohm each, have the amp match the total watts RMS of all subs @ 4 ohms.

For instance if each susb is 300 watts RMS, you need an amp that's 1200 watts RMS @ 4 ohm and wire the subs like so http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j230/sparky3489/SERIES-PARALLEL.jpg for a 4 ohm load.

I woul run them in one of 2ways. Either run a pair in parallel on each channel to give tou a 2 ohm load stereo. The amps power will increase at 2 ohm and it can take it in stereo. The other option woul be to series 1 pair to get 8 ohms. Then series the other pair ti get 8 ohms. Then finally you would parallel the 2 pair that r in series together to get a overal 4 ohm load bridged to amp

If you want a solid amp thats inexpensive go Boss 2500 watt I can sell them for $249

look at audiobahn, and profile stuff. I know profile stuff is really great for the price. check out woofersect.com or crutchfield. you can get reman. kicker kxs on ebay for dirt cheap.
