This is American Imperialism, an invasion carried under the guise of "freedom and democracy".

Maybe the civil war will lead to that . I saw a news clip tonight that went into the details about the millions upon millions of tax payers dollars that were being wasted on the building of that police academy in Baghdad. It's simply unbelievable how corrupt and mismanaged this occupation is. How any American can tolerate this is beyond description.

I see it only for Bushs big business buddies to make money off the war and nothing else.

Let's just hope we get out of there and not have to PAY to rebuild the whole country. Now, that Bush has turned it into RUBBLE. Now, that Bush has made it a "Better Place."

Our soldiers will be lucky if Cheneys company HALIBURTON doesn't kill them with rancid food and Ecoli water before the Iraqis do.

Well, first of all, a "revolution" is a form of "revolt". This usually comes from WITHIN a country or specific area. Fortunately, there is NO "revolt" in Iraq. Because the news only shows stuff that is "exciting" or "pisses you off" (in other words, sells news), you only see that kind of stuff. Usually how many soldiers, sailors, marines, or airmen are dying, or what a bunch of terrorists or insurgants have done. What you DON'T see is the vast majority of plain folks going to work, raising their kids, taking music lessons, playing soccer, etc ! That is because it is BORING as far as news goes.

President Bush is simply attempting to use our military to rid that country of a bunch of "extreemists" who want to run things THEIR way. Unfortunately, "their" way is bad for the rest of the world. They HATE Christians, Jews, Budahists, and even other Muslims ! They believe that if they kill one (called an "infidel") they will go to Heaven. They will NEVER stop until the world is ONLY their kind of Muslims. So, if we give Iraq time to get their military back into shape, and a new government without the threat of assisination, corruption, or civil war, we will have a nice stable country to deal with. Since they control a large amount of oil, and the entire WORLD is dependent upon oil, it is pretty important that we have that "stable" enviroment to trade with. It is equally important that these extremists have their weapons taken away, and they don't have a country funding them, with money, weapons, places to hide and train, etc. Then they won't have the planning, resources, etc to fly planes into our skyscrapers.

I've been in the military for 23 years (Air Force), and I have been over "there" MANY times. I will tell you that whenever I go, a lot more Iraqi people come shake my hand, give he hugs, wave the American flag, and simply say "thank you" than the ones who are hiding in the shadows like bugs who want to cut my head off with a dull butter knife ! Also, just a bit of trivia....there are currently over 15,000 children in the country of Iraq named "George Bush". Don't believe me ? Check it out for yourself....Ask someone who has been there (whose word you trust).

Bottom line, is that it isn't as bad as the news makes it out to be, and we are slowly helping to rebuild the country....not tear it down or "occupy" it.

Take Care.
