Honestly, I wouldn't. I have always felt that love is a very strong word and should be reserved for your family, at least until you go to college. Tell her that you really care for her or that she means so much to you that you do not have the words to describe it. I don't want to discourage you, but the chances are slim that she is "the one". You are too young and have too many exciting things to experience to get all wrapped up now. What seems like forever to you now, will seem like a minute to you in 10 years. Enjoy your free time now.

U should never tell someone you are dating that because once you do that they will suck the life force out of you and you will be left as a hollowed out shell.
