i like seriously love this girl but i cant tell if she likes me or not, how do i get her to try to go out with me

Just walk up to her, introduce yourself and shake her hand, and say would you like to go out sometime. I'm direct, and it always works for me. I also think women appreciate the fact that your not scared. They love confidence and that's what you will be showing when you do this.
