i know this girl working at my place , we r very much freindly like real friend we curse each other ,before she said she doesn 't have a bf like we play at work a lot , i touch her lift her like anything i do she doesnt mind at all .but when i ask her out she say she likes me but then she will call me later but sometimes i see her talking to someone now she started playing she has a bf . what kind of behaviour is this ?what is she doing playing hard to get ?? girls response would be helpfull?

She doesn't want to go out with you at this point, for whatever reason. I think you should back off and distance yourself some from her, especially now that she's saying she has a boyfriend. Respect yourself not to play into any mind games. Sometimes people just like the extra attention from the opposite sex and that's all.

Some girls play hard to get. But trust me, you don't want to be with a girl who leads you on and on. You'll never know when to believe her or when she's being real.
Do you want to atleast try it? Yeah she may be playing hard to get - I don't know. If you really like her back I say go out and grab her. Initiate the place and time of your rendezvous. See if it works out. If not, and it's uncomfortable stick with being friends. But don't let her pull you on a string for too long.

Distance yourself from her for awhile see what happens. I think shes just playing around with you! She also sounds like she trying to maybe make you jealous. I would just leave her alone for a couple of days, let her come to you, then maybe you can find out whats with her!

Sounds like she is just stringing u along. She wants the attention u give her but doesnt want to go out with u. Where I come from we call her a tease.

Sounds like you are the 'wing' man. She keeps you in the wings to keep her self esteem up but is pursuing other men.

she just might like the attention you give her and thats all she wants but then i don't know why she says she has a b/f ....might be hard to get....why don't you just be straight forward with her and ask her whats going on? being honest with someone is way better then beating around the bush and wasting yours and her time.
