Provolone, Cheese Whiz, American Cheese, Swiss and mozzarella all work well.
A Philly Cheese Steak is either cheese whiz or mozzarella- Cheese Whiz is the original cheese believe it or not!

Now, hear intently, as what i'm approximately to tell you is fairly, very key to the yumminess of your steam'um sandwich. Take the scrumptious italian roll, freshly baked of direction, and toast it interior the oven - yet - and it is fundamental, do not slice it yet... or make your divide interior the bread. this supply you a deliciously crunchy outer crust and a gentle, gentle interior - the ideal sandwich mixture... and in case you have a panni press, spray or coat the exterior with slightly olive oil for some gorgeous grill strains .... yum. stable success. ;)
