I want to get a photoshop-type program for my sister, who has no experience with this type of thing. What program should I get her if I dont want to spend a ton of money?

theres a windows photoshop
I've seen it at Best Buy
its much cheaper and, from what I've seen, does all the basic photoshop techniques
I can't find anything wrong with it

you can download utorrent [p2p] and than after that you download photoshop CS2 or CS3 beta for free.
and some of those inculde a keygen.
