irritated face and burning?

so i believe that since i just recently switched acne medicine my skin is getting all irritated,dry,flakey so im gonna stop using the acne medicine for a while. is there anything though to relieve the burning,and the dry skin. and basically is there anything that will make this irritation go away faster, especially the redness.

will ice help?

Neutrogena makes some excellent products. Call your dermatologist's office and ask what they recommend. If your acne medicine was recommended by your doctor, and he learns that you're having that kind of reaction he/she would know better what to recommend.
